We are seeking a detail-oriented a Quality Control Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly preferred. While Quality Control experience is a plus, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual quality inspections of products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
- Use tools such as box cutters, scissors, tape guns, measuring tape, and spec sheets to complete inspections.
- Review tech packs and specification sheets to verify product accuracy.
- Document inspection results and update information in Excel spreadsheets.
- Communicate findings with supervisors and team members to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Assist with packaging adjustments or corrections when necessary.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
- Support warehouse operations and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Experience operating a pallet jack preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible schedule with availability for overtime when needed.
- Quality Control experience is a plus but training will be provided for the right candidate.
