About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team! As the first and last impression for our guests, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This position is primarily scheduled on PM shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). During your first few days of employment, training will take place on the AM shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) alongside the Front Desk Manager to make sure you feel confident and prepared before transitioning to your regular schedule.
Availability Requirements:
- Full-time (minimum of 4 days per week)
- Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
- Flexibility to work holidays and additional shifts as business demands is preferred
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns with a positive attitude
- Manage reservations and process payments
- Balance multiple priorities while maintaining excellent guest service
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assist with lobby cleanliness and organization
- Support teammates wherever needed—not just at the front desk—because great hotels succeed through teamwork

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred (hotel experience is a plus, but not required)
- Comfortable using computers and learning hotel management software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be reliable and able to work the required schedule
