- $52,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience and productivity

What you'll be doing: Full-service diagnostics and repair — brakes, suspension, engine, drivetrain, electrical, oil services, the works. Reading schematics, using scan tools, and doing the job right the first time. Talking to customers when needed and working alongside a team that pulls its weight.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience (required)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Solid diagnostic skills — you can find the problem, not just replace parts until it goes away
- Comfortable reading schematics and wiring diagrams
- Dependable — shows up, on time, ready to work
- Own set of tools (industry standard)
Bonus points for:
- ASE certifications
- Manufacturer-specific training
