We’re a Milwaukee-area, multi-practice law firm built from the ground up by two partners who started with nothing and grew on the strength of our reputation and referrals. Almost all of our business comes from referrals - clients who were happy with our work and sent others our way. We operate as a cohesive team, and we’re serious about the quality of our work and doing right by the clients we serve. This is an in-office role - you’ll be part of the day-to-day energy of the firm and available for in-person client contact.
Independent and resourceful. You can work independently without needing your hand held the whole time - you're the kind of person who figures things out and takes initiative, while still being a team player.
A critical thinker. When you have a task you don’t know how to do, you try to figure it out first, and if you’re truly stuck, you come to us - but you’ve made the effort.
A problem-solver. When you identify an issue, you bring solutions.
Detail-obsessed. You “win the easy ones” - no typos, nothing slips through the cracks, because that reflects on our credibility with the court and the clients we serve.
Communicative. You speak up when something isn’t going well or could be better, and you flag when you need training rather than holding it back.
Diligent and accountable. You make sure work actually gets done, you don’t sit on tasks, and you run with what you’re given.
Timely, reliable, and respectful of both clients and teammates.
