Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Your expertise will help deliver comfortable indoor environments across commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to extend lifespan and improve efficiency.
- Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Drive company vehicles safely while transporting tools or equipment to job sites as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC system upgrades or new installations.
- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed.
Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- 3+ years' experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC systems / mechanical maintenance.
- Field service experience working directly at customer sites or property locations.
