Customer Service Representative (CSR) We are looking for friendly, dependable team members to provide excellent customer service and help keep our store running smoothly. Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service. Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays. Receive and check in deliveries. Prepare coffee and maintain beverage areas. Keep the store, restrooms, and outside grounds clean and organized. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and age-restricted sales laws. Assist customers with fuel purchases and basic pump issues. Complete assigned shift duties and communicate concerns to management. Qualifications: Friendly, professional attitude and strong customer service skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. - There is quite a bit of math at the end of your shift. For about 30 minutes you will count things like cigarettes, lottery, and your register and be expected to balance all three properly at the end of every shift. Is this something your comfortable with? Please explain
