Job Overview: Asset Management & Leasing Specialist
We are seeking a versatile Asset Management & Leasing Specialist for our small office team. This dual-role position handles daily leasing operations and long-term asset strategy. You will maximize property value, maintain high occupancy, and build strong tenant relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leasing lifecycle: Oversee inquiries, property tours, applications, and lease executions.
- Retain current tenants: Handle renewals, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction.
- Oversee property marketing: Create listings, update platforms, and execute promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate property maintenance: Work with vendors to ensure units are market-ready.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in property management or real estate leasing.
- Communication: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Organization: Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced small office. Detail oriented.
- Miscellaneous:Other job duties as needed to ensure the team as a whole works efficiently.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
