TrustPoint Electric & Air, in the Phoenix metro area, has 30+ years’ experience in the Electric and HVAC industries and is licensed, bonded, insured, and family-owned company with big goals. We are looking for personable and motivated individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for two HVAC industry-experienced professionals, and we provide support to help you succeed. Promotions are not based on how long you’ve been here – they’re based on performance.
This position serves customers across the Phoenix area with an approximate 60-mile service area. The customer appointments are scheduled for you. You will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, perform maintenance and system inspections, communicate repair options clearly with customers, recommend solutions that improve system performance and efficiency, and maintain accurate service notes and invoices. Providing 5-star service is our motto, and the ideal candidate has a minimum of 3+ years of direct knowledge of HVAC systems, people skills, and a proven ability to grow business through exceptional service and relationship building.

Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record
Pass a Background Check & Pass a Drug Screening (THC included)
Good Communication and Customer Service Skills
Friendly, Well-Groomed, & Professional (We Represent Quality!)
Mechanically Inclined – You Like Working with Your Hands
HVAC industry experience is required
Ability to lift 50+ pounds, Climb Ladders, and use Basic Tools
Comfortable using a Computer Tablet with navigation apps and Google tools
Great Attitude, Strong Work Ethic, and Eager to Learn
High School diploma or equivalent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
