Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–3:30 PM)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and inspect finished and in-process products for dimensional and cosmetic accuracy
- Complete quality documentation and traceability records
- Support equipment set-up, calibration, and basic preventative maintenance
- Contribute process improvement ideas as part of a production team
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in small device or medical device assembly, testing, or inspection
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a "get it right" mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment
- Dependable attendance history is a must
- Bilingual candidates welcome; must read/write/communicate in English for safety purposes
Company Provides: Safety glasses, gloves, hairnets, and lab coats. Steel/closed-toe shoes required.
