Bohannon Development Corporation is seeking Leasing Professionals for Northwest location
Looking for dynamic individuals that possess (but not limited to):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Positive, outgoing individual with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- One-year experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or property management
- A professional appearance
- Basic computer skills to include (but not limited to) Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS), Real Page OneSite or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks and follow through to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Manage daily activities to include touring prospective renters and showing apartments, preparing lease documents for new and renewing residents, prospect follow-up, outreach marketing, social media marketing, and more.
- Savvy with social media to maintain resident portal, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Community/market connection with major employers, competition, occupancy trends
- Ability to work part-time hours to include weekdays and weekends
