Position Overview
The Dental Assistant plays a vital role in delivering an outstanding patient experience while supporting clinical excellence, efficiency, and team development. Core Responsibilities
- Assist chairside in general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
- Maintain strict infection control and OSHA compliance
- Prepare and turn over operatories efficiently
- Support digital workflows (imaging, scanning, charting)
- Ensure clinical organization and inventory management
- Help train and mentor junior assistants
- Support providers in maintaining production efficiency
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Dental Assistant required
- Strong understanding of daily clinical operations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication with patients and team members
- Positive, growth-oriented mindset
- Leadership experience or senior assistant background preferred
