Position Type: Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week during training) with opportunity to transition into a Full-Time Leadership Position.
Join a Team That Cares About More Than Just Cleaning
At Rags to Riches Cleaning Company, we believe great employees can be taught the technical skills—but integrity, accountability, kindness, work ethic, and a positive attitude come from within.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading by example, helping others succeed, and taking pride in doing things the right way. This position is ideal for someone who naturally notices the little things, communicates well with others, remains calm under pressure, and isn't afraid to step in wherever they're needed.
This isn't simply a cleaning position—it's an operations and leadership role that supports our team, our clients, and our company standards every single day.
If you're dependable, adaptable, and enjoy making a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you.
Position Overview
As our Field Quality Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our company consistently delivers exceptional service. You'll spend much of your time in the field performing quality inspections, coaching team members, assisting with training, communicating with clients, and stepping into active cleaning assignments whenever coverage is needed.
During your training period, this position will average approximately 20 hours per week. As you develop a full understanding of our operations and demonstrate success in the role, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership position.
This role requires flexibility, confidence, professionalism, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
