- Prior Experience: Tom began his Northwestern Mutual career as an intern while earning his degree and joined full-time after graduation. Over the past three decades, he has built a successful practice centered on providing a holistic financial planning approach that brings families peace of mind and confidence through every stage of life.
- Passionate About: Tom is a devoted family man with three children. One of his daughters works alongside him in operations and client relations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing on the water in his boat.
Jessica Hamilton – Talent Acquisition & Growth Manager:

- Prior Experience: Before joining Northwestern Mutual, Jessica worked in the automotive industry as a Business Development Manager, where she developed expertise in relationship building and business growth.
- Passionate About: Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Max, their son, Hudson, and their dog, Mr. Finnegan. Outside of work, she loves traveling, cooking, and making memories with her family.
Eric Knoblauch – Growth & Development Director:

- Prior Experience: Eric joined Northwestern Mutual after building his career in the construction industry.
- Passionate About: Eric and his wife, Ashley, are high school sweethearts who both attended Penn State University, where their oldest daughter is now a student. They also have a younger daughter and a beloved dog named Jamie. In his free time, Eric enjoys networking events, trivia nights, and spending time with his family.
About the Financial Representative Role: As a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, you will be part of a team that helps individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals through personalized insurance solutions and financial planning. Your role involves building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, aspirations, and concerns.
- Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that include investments, insurance, and retirement.
- Ongoing Support: Monitor clients' financial plans and provide regular updates, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing circumstances.

Qualifications:
