ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Golden State Health & Safety Solutions is currently hiring qualified instructors in the Bakersfield area and nearby areas to support current training opportunities.
We are currently seeking qualified instructors for OSHA, CPR/AED, workplace safety, and construction-related training programs — including public courses, private client training, workforce development programs, and correctional education training projects.
If you enjoy teaching, sharing your industry knowledge, and helping students develop valuable workplace safety skills, we would love to hear from you.
LOCATION
This position is based in the Bakersfield, CA area and nearby areas. Travel may be required depending on class locations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- OSHA 500 Certification
- OSHA Outreach Trainer Authorization
- CPR/AED Instructor Certification
- First Aid Instructor Certification
- Construction Industry Experience
- Safety Management Experience
- Adult Education or Training Experience
- Correctional Education Experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
