Duties

- Provide attentive infant and toddler care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently to support children's daily schedules and developmental milestones.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to plan educational activities that align with childhood development standards and special education needs when applicable.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or classroom settings.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages.
- Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response during emergencies.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs to support inclusive learning environments.
- Strong classroom management skills to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
- Ability to engage children through creative activities while maintaining safety and discipline.
