Duties

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and resolve conflicts effectively.

Skills
- Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or classroom settings.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages.
- Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response during emergencies.
