We don’t require previous experience but it is a plus. Good general motorcycle knowledge is also a plus. We are looking for a person of integrity who can assist our loyal and new customer base through the sales experience with a strong level of customer service.
Join the Mountain Motorsports Sales Team! We offer great earning potential in a fun and rewarding industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our busy sales team to represent us on our sales floor.
We offer a variety of products from Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Suzuki, Husqvarna and more. We have a 49 year history in the powersports business and an excellent sales management team to train you.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and building relationships with customers
- Accurately and honestly answer all customer questions and assist through the sales process
- Following up with new and previous customers, using proactive sales techniques.
- Perform follow up phone calls and emails to prospective buyers
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
- Ensure that the inventory is clean, neat and presented for maximum impact, which includes moving inventory as directed by the Sales Managers
- Attend sales meetings
- Be able to work efficiently individually and in a team environment
- Attend training as required
- Possess knowledge on multiple brands and products in the powersports industry
- Follow instructions from sales management staff
Job Qualification:
- Work well with Managers, Technicians and Customers, as well as other dealer associates.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and an enthusiasm for the powersports industry.
- Be highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Proven ability to be punctual, dependable and accept responsibility for your actions.
- Retail customer service experience preferred.
- Personal or professional motorcycle or ATV/UTV/Watercraft experience preferred.
- Must have or obtain a salesperson license.
- Experience with Lightspeed is desired.
