General Accountability
Service and Equipment Administrator – is accountable for accurate data entry and ownership of assigned tasks as per Phoenix Technology Services policies and procedures. Must be supervised by a Level 2 or higher until qualified to work independently by management.
Specific Accountabilities (not all-inclusive)
- Perform all specific duties.
- Perform assigned tasks as per established schedule of priorities.
- Follow up on outstanding issues & notifications in an effective and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment – digital & physical.
- Be available for after-hours and weekend work schedules when necessary.
- Assist other departments with various projects as required.
- Perform all duties so as to meet the responsibilities listed in the Employee and Corporate HSE Handbooks.
- Perform duties according to the Company’s quality system procedures and work instructions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 or more years’ Oil & Gas Industry experience
- Minimum of 3 months’ experience as Service & Equipment Administrator
- Supervisor/management signed off Service Technician – Level 1 competency checklist
- Detail oriented individual with solid organization and communication skills
- Competent with using general computer programs (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat PDF reader, etc.)
- Experience with SAP, FieldCap and/or Zoho is an asset
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail – Data Entry & processing Reports
