Knife is a high end award winning steakhouse in Plano. Knife's menu includes in-house dry aged steaks, fresh seafood, homemade pastas. Knife offers an extensive wine list along with a great selection of cocktails and spirits. Knife prides itself on high end service and attention to detail. All servers must be able to learn our menu including ingredients and preparation. Experience in fine dining as a server is a must.
