American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a GI/Endoscopy position in Florida, requiring at least 1 year of endoscopy experience and a variable call schedule.

Hospital-based endoscopy unit with a 204-bed facility capacity
-
Unit staffed by RNs and Endo Techs, with a day shift team of 3 RNs and 2–3 Endo Techs
-
1:1 patient ratio
-
Procedures performed include colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, bronchoscopy, robotic bronchoscopy, cardioversion, and TEE
-
Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Variable call schedule required
-
Every other weekend rotation required

Holiday rotation shared with hospital employees

12-week contract

Active FL RN license or compact RN license currently in hand

Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted); must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start

Minimum 1 year of recent endoscopy RN experience required

US SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Two professional references required (Florida requirement)

No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Experience with complex procedures such as robotics is preferred

Ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and able to multitask effectively

Navy blue scrubs required for RNs

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
