Main Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly when they enter and leave

Deliver fast, friendly service at the front counter/drive-thru window

Manage transactions accurately using a cash register and product scanner

Accept payments via cash, credit, or check and provide receipts

Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms

Upsell and Suggestive sell items to increase sale total
Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience with Toast POS systems and cash registers beneficial

Basic computer and Toast Pos proficiency

Strong math skills and ability to multitask efficiently

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to resolve complaints effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere
