Duties
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, including supervisors and team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP to track inventory levels, order processing, and distribution of workflows.
- Coordinate warehouse distribution activities to meet customer demands promptly while optimizing space utilization and reducing costs.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow data to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste or delays.
- Supervise inventory control measures to prevent shrinkage, ensure accurate stock levels, and facilitate regular audits.
- Oversee materials handling equipment operation such as forklifts while ensuring proper training and certification for all operators.
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, inventory movements, safety inspections, and incident reports for compliance and continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations with a strong background in inventory management, distribution logistics, or supply chain functions.
- Prior warehouse supervisor or managerial experience demonstrating leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), especially SAP or similar platforms used for inventory tracking.
- Hands-on experience with forklift operation and certification; mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to warehousing activities including heavy lifting and materials handling procedures.
- Experience working within e-commerce fulfillment centers or 3PL environments is highly desirable.
- Bilingual in English and Korean highly preferred.
Pay: $41,600.00 - $77,951.98 per year
