Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on client inquiries and provide updates as necessary.
- Maintain accurate data entry of client information and interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve client services and streamline processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients, ensuring professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is an advantage.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable; proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with call center operations is a plus; prior call center experience is beneficial.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry tasks.
