If you have a passion for coaching, team development, and financial strategy, this program will provide you with the tools, training, and resources to fast-track into a management position within 12 to 24 months.
What is Fast Track to Management?
The Fast Track program is designed for experienced professionals who are looking to build a thriving business within New York Life while advancing into a management role. During your first year, you will develop a strong foundation as a licensed financial professional, working with clients to help them reach their financial goals. After successfully demonstrating leadership and business acumen, you will be eligible for promotion to Partner, where you will recruit, mentor, and lead your own team of financial professionals.

Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:

✅ Experienced professionals with management, sales, insurance, or financial industry experience
✅ Individuals with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
✅ Entrepreneurs who excel at team-building and leadership
✅ Strong communicators with the ability to coach and mentor others
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a book of business while working with clients on long-term financial strategies
- Develop expertise in financial solutions, including life insurance, investments, and retirement planning
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of financial professionals as you transition into management
- Serve as a mentor and business coach, fostering a culture of growth and success
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Compensation Structure
- Phase 1: Financial Advisor (Commission-Based + Incentives)
- Starts as a performance-based role with commission & incentives

Education & Experience:
