Everything Clean Services is hiring a full-time house cleaner / cleaning technician to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, respectful, coachable, and takes pride in doing quality work. Cleaning experience is helpful, but attitude and culture fit matter more to us. We can train the right person, but we cannot train honesty, responsibility, or a good work ethic.
This position is for someone who wants steady work, likes working with a team, and understands that we are trusted inside our clients’ homes.
What You’ll Do
- Clean homes professionally as part of a team
- Follow company cleaning systems, checklists, and training
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, floors, and other assigned areas
- Treat clients’ homes with care and respect
- Communicate clearly with the team and office
- Show up on time and ready to work
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Full-time position
- No night shifts
Pay
We pay based on a percentage of each job completed, not a flat hourly rate. This gives strong team members the opportunity to earn more based on the work completed.

Physical Requirements
This job requires physical movement throughout the day. Applicants must be able to:
- Stand and walk for long periods
- Bend, kneel, squat, and reach
- Lift and carry cleaning supplies/equipment
- Perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Work at a steady pace while maintaining quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for communication
- Ability to pass a background check
- English required, Spanish ok
