Job Summary
We are seeking a Non-Profit Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Irvine, CA with a mission-driven nonprofit charitable organization. This role is ideal for an organized, motivated administrative professional who is passionate about supporting programs, community outreach, volunteers, donors, and meaningful service initiatives.
The Non-Profit Coordinator will play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting events, program coordination, communications, and administrative projects. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate nonprofit programs, events, community outreach initiatives, and related administrative activities.
- Serve as a liaison for clients, volunteers, donors, community partners, and internal team members.
- Maintain accurate program records, reports, databases, calendars, and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, email communications, meeting coordination, and administrative projects.
- Support fundraising activities, special events, volunteer coordination, and community service efforts as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- $28 to $30 per hour.
