The Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel is seeking a Guest Service Agent 3-11pm or 5-11pm with rotating weekends We are looking for candidates that are outgoing and looking to excel in the customer service industry. Career Opportunities to grow within our company .
Job duties consist of but not limited to:
-Answering all phone calls
-Guest check-ins/check outs
-Completing reservations and excelling in sales revenue
-Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service
-Handle customer issues with resolution
Shifts 3p-11p or 5-11pm Must be available to work some weekends. Will work with college schedule or sports schedule
Hotel experience not required. Will Train the right Candidate
