Duties
- Assist in managing daily property operations, including lease or rental agreement management and lease renewals
- Support the leasing process by conducting property tours, upselling units, and handling inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing of tenant records, contracts, and legal documents using Yardi
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment
- Handle conflict management with residents or vendors professionally, adhering to Fair Housing regulations and Landlord-Tenant laws
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and customer relationship management to streamline office operations
Skills
- Proficiency in property management software including Yardi systems
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and legal administrative procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage contracts confidently
- Demonstrated conflict management skills combined with professional phone etiquette
- Background in real estate administrative experience or property management company experience preferred
- Ability to handle property leasing activities, facilities management, and property maintenance coordination efficiently
- Strong organizational skills for data entry, filing, and managing lease agreements or rental contracts
- Knowledge of Marketing tools/AI
