We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Laborer to lead our outdoor landscaping projects. This is NOT a LAWN MAINTANCE POSITION. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscape, laying sod, irrigation and hands-on experience in various aspects of landscaping, equipment, and construction, must have a clean driving record. This role offers an opportunity to oversee team operations, ensure quality standards, and contribute to the beautification of residential and commercial properties. A background in irrigation, and laying sod is required. The Landscape Laborer will play a key role in supervising crew members, managing project timelines, and maintaining high standards of safety and excellence.

Duties
- Report to Supervisor and coordinate daily landscaping activities.
- Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and specifications.
- Manage construction activities related to landscape installation including hardscaping, irrigation systems, and laying sod.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations.
- Maintain equipment and tools; coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Driving trailers, equipment and other things REQUIRED
Experience
- Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or laying sod is preffered.
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments is highly needed.
- Clean driving record is required, Capability to drive machinery and equipment is also required.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques including irrigation systems and hardscaping is essential.
- Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to operate relevant equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
