Responsibilities
- Diagnosis and treat pediatric patients
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physiology, and anatomy evaluations, to determine appropriate care plans.
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for accurate documentation of medical records, patient histories, and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies, post-acute care plans, medication usage, and preventive health measures while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations..
- Maintain high standards of medical documentation accuracy and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA privacy rules.
