Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced fried chicken cook to join our team and help us expand our menu.
The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a fried chicken restaurant and is passionate about producing high-quality fried chicken consistently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook crispy, flavorful fried chicken using established recipes and techniques to meet quality standards.
- Lead kitchen operations by supervising food preparation, ensuring timely meal service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Oversee food handling procedures to comply with safety regulations, including proper storage, sanitation, and temperature controls.
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking methods, knife skills, food presentation, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members on menu planning to introduce new flavors or seasonal specials that excite our guests.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
