Job Overview
Midwest Screens LLC is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Expeditor to support our growing sales team. This role combines inside sales, customer service, order processing, and sales support within the building materials and construction industry.
The Inside Sales Expeditor manages quotes, enters and tracks orders, supports dealers and contractors, and schedules installations and service calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inside sales support to dealers, contractors, and homeowners
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately
- Deliver proactive customer service and order status updates
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Schedule installations and service calls
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer service
- Experience in building materials, home improvement, or construction preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (, Outlook) and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environmentCompensation & Benefits

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
