Position Title: Production
Wage: $19.00/hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd
Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm or 10:00pm - 6:00am (1 Hour Earlier Start Time Available for Each Shift)

Production Responsibilities:
- Load conveyor belts by placing pans of unbaked breads or buns from racks to lines to be taken to ovens
- Remove pans from lines and space them out on lines
- Use scraper to clean out machines of excess dough
- Inspect finished products
- Push racks/carts to sauna to get ready to be sent to bake
- Make sure lines are running correctly, that bread/buns are not being damaged while coming out of pans
- Maintain clean work area
Requirements for Production:
- High School Diploma preferred
- Experience in production desired
- Strong math skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to push bread/bun trays
- Ability to lift 15lbs repetitively
- Ability to occasionally lift or push 50lbs
- Ability to operate hoist to help
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop as needed
