Olive Glow Esthetics is looking for a passionate, professional, and motivated Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who specializes in full-body waxing, skincare/facials, or both and wants to continue developing their skills while building a consistent clientele.
This opportunity is ideal for a beauty professional who enjoys educating clients, creating a welcoming experience, and being part of a growing beauty and skincare brand.
Position Options
We are currently considering professionals interested in either:
Commission-Based Position
- 35% service provider / 65% business commission split
- 90-day probationary period
- Opportunity to grow within Olive Glow Esthetics
- Access to Olive Glow's brand, service environment, training, and client-building opportunities
Booth Rental
- Available for experienced, independent beauty professionals
- Best suited for someone who already has clientele or is comfortable building and managing their own book of business
- Booth rental terms and expectations will be discussed during the interview process
Services May Include
Depending on your specialty and licensing:
- Brazilian waxing
- Full-body waxing
- Facial waxing
- Customized facials
- Skincare treatments
- Client skincare education
- Pre- and post-wax education
- Other esthetic services offered by Olive Glow
Applicants do not have to perform both waxing and facials. We are open to specialists who primarily focus on waxing, skincare, or professionals who enjoy providing both.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, high-quality esthetic services
- Perform waxing and/or facial services according to training, licensing, and Olive Glow standards
- Maintain proper sanitation, disinfection, and infection-control procedures
- Complete client consultations before services
- Educate clients on appropriate home care and aftercare
- Recommend appropriate services and retail products when beneficial to the client
- Maintain accurate client notes and service records
- Create a comfortable, professional, and welcoming client experience
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled shifts and appointments
- Assist with client retention and rebooking
- Participate in reasonable marketing and content efforts to help build clientele
- Represent the Olive Glow brand professionally in person and online
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and team development
Experience & Qualifications
Required:
- Active Esthetician, Master Esthetician, or Cosmetology license applicable to services performed
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Professional and dependable
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with clients
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback
- Passion for beauty, skincare, waxing, and/or client education
Preferred, but not required:
- Previous Brazilian or full-body waxing experience
- Facial or skincare treatment experience
- Experience working in a spa, salon, waxing studio, or esthetics environment
- Existing clientele
- Retail or service-sales experience
- Social media/content creation experience

90-Day Probationary Period
All new commission-based team members will begin with a 90-day probationary period.
During this period, we will evaluate:

- Ability to follow Olive Glow protocols
- Rebooking and client-retention efforts
- Communication
- Coachability and willingness to improve
- Overall fit with the Olive Glow team and brand
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is someone who is motivated, teachable, professional, and serious about growing in the esthetics industry.
You do not need to come in with a completely full clientele. However, you should be willing to actively participate in building your clientele, retaining clients, creating content, educating clients, and growing alongside the company.
We want professionals who see this as more than simply completing a service—we want someone who takes pride in creating an excellent client experience and becoming stronger in their craft.
Pay: From $5.00 per hour
