Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to join our team . In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are upheld. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all areas of the clients home and office.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, and stripping to preserve flooring quality and appearance
- Handle custodial tasks related to commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, and facilities maintenance as needed.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly
- Support with additional porter responsibilities including moving supplies or furniture to facilitate building operations
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and facilities maintenance procedures
- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and floor scrubbers
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and bending frequently
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Nice-to-have skills include residential,industrial cleaning expertise, or porter experience that enhances versatility in custodial duties

Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
