Lead Sales Representative – Residential & Commercial Services
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Lead Sales Representative to join the AirDuctPros team! This is an outside sales position where you’ll meet customers at their homes and businesses, inspect HVAC and dryer vent systems, provide professional recommendations, and close sales on the spot.

Responsibilities
- Travel to residential and commercial properties for scheduled appointments.
- Meet customers professionally and perform visual inspections of HVAC and dryer vent systems.
- Educate customers on indoor air quality, dryer vent safety, and available services.
- Prepare estimates and close sales on-site.
- Build trust through honest recommendations and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain relationships with property managers, real estate professionals, and commercial clients.
- Generate referrals and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Accurately complete work orders and communicate with the operations team.
- Represent the AirDuctPros brand with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (in-home sales, HVAC, home services, construction, or similar industries is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $360,000.00 per year
