Busy real estate company has an immediate need for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented person with an ability to transition from task to task with ease for data entry and processing real estate transactions in multiple systems. A plus to be familiar with the real estate transaction process, adept at email and comfortable with learning new systems. A familiarity with Google Apps for Business is desired but is not required. A marketing background and knowledge of Canva plus video editing skills is a plus. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
Full-Time In-Office Position of 40-hours a week
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Entry of data and photos into MLS
- Process contractual changes (price, exp date, status, voids, etc)
- Entry into all internal systems (i.e. Darwin, Dotloop)
- Order and print Listing Flyers/Brochures
- Work with Canva and Adobe product to create templated marketing pieces
- Prepare Thank You notes for clients and agents
- Process Home Warranties
- Order/maintain office supplies
- Handle postage/daily mail
- Create digital copies of files for backup (Dotloop)
- Answer phones
- Assist agents as needed
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
