We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are interested in making a difference in lives of children, adolescents or young adults with Autism Spectrum disorders and/or Emotional/Behavioral disorders.
EXPECTATIONS
- Individuals who work in the schools must be available to work Monday through Friday for the entire school day in a public school setting on Oahu.
REQUIREMENTS
- An AA/AS degree; or 48+ college credits (including Math & English 100) AND
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to be trained
- Experience working with children and adolescents, especially those with special needs, is desirable, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a desire to learn and succeed in this field.

You will receive excellent training and supervision from Licensed Behavior Analysts, (LBAs) including the training and competency assessment required for certification as an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Many of our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) have used this paraprofessional position as a stepping stone to graduate school and careers as special education teachers, behavior analysts, therapists, and psychologists. Individuals who perform well in this position may request letters of recommendation to graduate schools. The hourly pay for Registered Behavior Analysts ( RBTs) working in the schools is based on education and experience and ranges from $28 to $35 per hour.
