COMPENSATION
$15–$18 per hour depending on experience. Paid bi-weekly. This is a straight hourly role — no games, no piece rate, no waiting to see how the week shakes out.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Receive, organize, and stock incoming equipment and parts in the warehouse
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and easy to work in — every day, not just on inspection days
- Pull and deliver parts to field technicians and install crews when they need them
- Run errands and supply runs to distributors and suppliers as needed
- Help with loading and unloading equipment for install teams
- Be the person who keeps things moving so the field team can focus on the work
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Physically capable and willing to do the work — this role involves lifting, moving, and staying on your feet
- Reliable — the field crew depends on you showing up and being ready
- Self-directed — you can find productive work without someone standing over you
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record — you will be on the road
- A positive attitude and a team-first mentality
- No HVAC experience required — we will teach you what you need to know
