Duties
- Support project managers in reviewing and interpreting construction plans and specifications to facilitate accurate execution
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum
- Utilize construction management software to track project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Contribute to cost management efforts by analyzing data for budget tracking, cost estimates, and procurement planning
- Help oversee safety protocols on-site by conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, scheduling updates, and potential risks to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
Requirements
- Experience in construction site management software
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, project planning, and cost management techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel data analysis skills
- Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction plans and specifications
- Familiarity with construction industry standards, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
