Part-Time Personal Assistant, Ranch & Nature and Hunting Preserve (Live-On Site)
Location: Rural Ranch and Nature and Hunting Preserve (nature-focused setting)
Compensation: Work exchange for housing – $800/month room value with credit for 15 to 25 hours a week. Negotiated.

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, single individual to join our Ranch, Nature and Hunting Preserve as a Part-Time Personal Assistant. This unique role combines meaningful work with immersive living in a beautiful natural setting. You’ll be filling in with certain duties when the employer is occupied with other things. Assigned tasks per day should never take more than an hour or two. You will be trained and must be able to follow specific directions from an incredible housemate that cares for our nation’s Veterans. Most duties are fairly easy and do not involve hard labor, though occasional projects may require more effort.
We are also looking for someone with a dynamic personality and Master of many Trades, Professions might possibly fill-in as a cohost on an Internet-based talk show and music show. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves nature, solitude, and hands-on learning. You will gain valuable skills in ranching, homesteading, conservation, and more while living close to nature. We try to maintain a drama-free environment for all who live here. I am hoping to gain a permanent part-time to full-time Personal Assistant in the future.

Requirements
- Must be in good physical shape, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working outside from time to time in the heat. If you cannot work outside in the heat occasionally, do not inquire.
- Reliable, respectful, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as with others.
- Single individual only (no third parties or guests allowed on premises without express written permission well in advance). We do not like surprise, uninvited guests.
