SUMMARY:
Michael Bloom Realty Company is a small organization where you can make a big impact. We are currently looking for a talented individual to come join our team where you will assist the Finance Manager with accounts payable and receivable and collections.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Duties:
- Process invoices and payments for multiple entities.
- Prepare / Compile various reports / statements for Distribution to Investors
- Process tenant payments (AR) AND remote Deposits for multiple accounts.
- Send Billing Statements / Run Delinquency Reports
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent Excel skills.
- Finance software experience required, Skyline Software preferred, Yardi and other Property Accounting software are acceptable.
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and familiarity with Accounts Payable.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platforms preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
