Technical Project Manager
PMO Leadership & Governance
- Establish and lead the PMO operating model, including governance frameworks, stage gates, decision forums, and escalation paths.
- Define and enforce program standards, methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting cadences across all workstreams.
- Drive portfolio level prioritization, dependency management, and capacity planning across multiple projects and vendors.
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Technical Project Managers across multiple initiatives
- Set delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for program execution
- Conduct performance management, coaching, and career development for TPMs
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Enterprise Program & Delivery Management
- Own delivery oversight for a large scale, multi workstream enterprise program, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and outcomes.
- Lead integrated planning across scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones.
- Proactively manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure timely mitigation and executive visibility.
- Ensure alignment across product, engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations teams
- Manage program financials including budgets, forecasts, and vendor costs
- Establish and report on KPIs, OKRs, and executive dashboards
Construction Supply Chain Domain Ownership (Preferred)
- Apply strong domain knowledge across :
o Procurement & sourcing
o Logistics, warehousing, and inventory
o Supplier and subcontractor management
o Cost controls and schedule impacts
- Translate construction and supply chain business requirements into executable technical roadmaps
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend technology driven improvements
Stakeholder Communication & Executive Engagement
- Serve as the primary communication interface for senior leadership and business sponsors for program status, health, and outcomes to executive leadership.
- Present program status, risks, trade offs, and decisions clearly and confidently
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, decision reviews, and milestone checkpoints.
- Align cross functional stakeholders with competing priorities and timelines
- Influence without authority across matrixed global teams
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 15+ years of overall experience in program/project management or technology delivery, including leading PMO functions for large, complex enterprise programs.
- 2+ years leading teams of Technical PMs
- Proven experience delivering multi year, multi workstream enterprise transformations (e.g., ERP, cloud, digital, data, or platform modernization).
- Strong background managing complex, cross system, enterprise scale initiatives
Domain Knowledge
- Solid understanding of construction supply chain processes and constraints
- Experience working with ERP, procurement systems, logistics platforms tools
- Familiarity with how supply chain disruptions impact construction schedules and costs
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into executive ready narratives.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior executives and cross functional leaders without direct authority.
- Excellent problem solving, risk management, and decision making skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution
- Deep understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid enterprise delivery models).

Salary Range: $82,000 - $200,000 a year
