```Duties:```
- Develop and implement music lesson plans for Special Needs Adults and Children of various skill levels
- Encourage free expression through music
- Provide group instruction in various musical instruments, such as piano, guitar, violin, or voice.
- Teach a "performance based" program, and organize musical events.
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in music education
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience teaching music to all ages.
- Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments
- Some knowledge of performance techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Passion for music education and a desire to inspire students to develop their musical talents
