Job Description
Verify, load, deliver, and unload deliveries across Oahu using a company box truck. Drive safely while following all traffic laws and regulations. Work with the operations manager to plan daily routes and conform to delivery windows. Represent the company well on the road and while communicating with customers and vendors as orders are exchanged. Maintain the condition of company vehicles by cleaning them regularly.
Before or after routes, assist with the following as needed:
Unload inbound shipments, organize and count inventory, pull customer orders, and load outbound orders while following all facility safety guidelines. Organize, palletize, and lift heavy boxes in frozen, chilled, and dry storage spaces. Safely operate various forklifts in frozen, chilled, and dry storage spaces. Work alone or in small groups to move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
Help to maintain a clean warehouse including but not limited to sweeping, preventing the buildup of ice or damaged goods, and emptying trash bins. Complete daily logs for equipment and inventory. Reference inventory software on the computer for order information as required. Immediately communicate potential issues to management and help address problems before they grow. Follow all safety and quality control guidelines at all times.
Key Responsibilities

-Be accountable for and follow all safety guidelines at all times.
-Unload, move, organize, count, and load inventory of various types, by hand and by forklift.
-Work in frozen, chilled, and dry warehouse areas for extended periods. Company-owned insulated clothing is provided to employees throughout their employment.
-Count and document inventory levels.
-Complete daily truck logs and quality control checks for all orders.
Requirements
-1 year or more of commercial box truck driving experience.
-Follow all traffic laws and regulations. Drive safely and responsibly.
-Able to follow all safety rules and standards without exception.
-Ability to safely drive type I, II, & III forklifts and maintain operator certification.
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs correctly.
-Ability to work inside the freezer for extended periods.
-Basic mathematics.
-Have a positive and team-oriented attitude, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills. Eager to contribute to a respectful work culture that is free from unprofessional language. The candidate should be kind and eager to help, occasionally working long hours under stressful conditions.
-Fluent in English.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
