Immediately Hiring Line Cooks and Deli Cooks for our restaurant at the Regency Square Restaurant in Stuart, Florida. Excellent pay depending on experience.
Our Cooks take pride in creating classic recipes and flavors of a traditional New York deli. This key role is critical to our success in executing the highest quality food with speed and efficiency.

Line and Deli Cook Requirements:
- Ideally minimum of 6 months to 1-year cooking experience in a FULL-SERVICE restaurant
- Deli Cooks MUST have meat slicing experience
- Able to handle and operate safely: microwave, knives, steam table, gas range, convection ovens, meat/bread slicers, check printer, kitchen display system and scales
- Flexible and long hours required at times
- Ability to stand during an entire shift in a warm, damp environment
- May have to exert up to 50 pounds as needed
- Must be able to maneuver safely throughout the walk-ins and kitchen during the shift
- Is able to handle and operate safely: knives, meat slicer, digital scales, automatic dish machine and all chemical solvents
- Has the ability to reach overhead, carry/transport sheet pans, bend below the waist, crouch and communicate intentions to co-workers
