VP Marketing & Growth
Precision Health | Sarasota, FL (Hybrid)
About Precision Health
Precision Health is a high-end, membership-based concierge medicine practice built on Medicine 3.0 principles—proactive, preventative, and longevity-focused healthcare for active, affluent professionals.
Our core members are 35–65-year-old entrepreneurs, executives, and high-performers who demand exceptional clinical care, integrated wellness strategy, and personalized health management. We're scaling across Florida—currently headquartered in Sarasota with offices in Tampa and St. Petersburg—and we're looking for a marketing leader who can build and own the growth engine.
The Role: VP Marketing & Growth
You'll report directly to the Founder/CEO and own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution—from demand generation and lead pipeline management to CRM architecture and multi-location campaign orchestration. This is a 50/50 hybrid role: half strategic visionary, half hands-on executor. Must be a doer, not just a manager, you need to get your hands direct for the first year. There are some basic systems, process and workflows that need to be created so we can scale at pace.
Core Responsibilities
Hands-On Execution & Campaign Management
- Design and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns: PPC, cold outreach, LinkedIn sequences, email/SMS drips
- Build and manage referral program architecture and automation
- Own HubSpot (or recommended CRM) setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization
- Develop SEO and content strategy for web presence
- Create AI-powered workflows for lead scoring, nurturing, and personalization
- Run A/B tests, iterate rapidly, and optimize campaigns based on real-time data
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own the marketing strategy aligned to membership acquisition targets and revenue goals
- Build and oversee the marketing tech stack (CRM selection, AI/automation platforms, analytics)
- Establish KPIs, forecast pipeline, and tie marketing performance directly to membership sales and revenue
- Manage external agencies and vendors (paid ads, content creation, social media production)
- Scale marketing strategy across Sarasota, Tampa, and St. Petersburg locations
Systems, AI & Automation
- Architect marketing workflows using AI agents and automation tools (email sequences, LinkedIn automation, chatbots, lead qualification)
- Implement lead scoring and behavioral triggers for sales handoff
- Build repeatable, scalable processes across locations
- Stay current on AI/automation innovation and identify opportunities for competitive advantage
Revenue Accountability
- Own pipeline forecasting tied to membership sales targets
- Track customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and lifetime value (LTV)
- Present monthly performance to leadership with insights and optimization recommendations
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing-qualified leads align with sales velocity
What We're Looking For
Core Experience
- Minimum 5 years in B2C marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation within high-growth markets or competitive verticals
- Proven track record scaling marketing campaigns and pipeline across multiple locations or regions—and doing it profitably
- Deep, hands-on expertise in AI, workflow automation, and marketing agents—not surface-level buzzword knowledge
- You've built and optimized AI-powered email sequences, LinkedIn automation, behavioral lead scoring, and chatbot workflows
- You understand how to leverage Claude, ChatGPT APIs, or no-code automation platforms to create competitive advantage
- You stay current on emerging AI tools and aren't afraid to experiment with new platforms
- Fluency with modern CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred, but Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar acceptable)
- Strong track record in digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram) with proven ROI
- SEO, content strategy, and organic demand generation expertise
- Comfortable with analytics, data interpretation, and building dashboards (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
Mindset & Cultural Fit
- Forward-thinking innovator: You're not interested in "best practices from 2020"—you want to use cutting-edge technology and methodology to create unfair competitive advantage
- Startup/founder mentality: You've worked in or built high-growth environments and understand the pace, risk tolerance, and autonomy required
- Systems thinker: You see marketing as interconnected workflows that compound over time, not isolated campaigns
- Execution + strategy: You're equally comfortable in the weeds building workflows, writing copy, or debugging automation versus being a leader and manager
- Revenue-minded: You tie every initiative back to CAC, LTV, and membership acquisition—you think like a business owner
- Comfortable with ambiguity: You iterate fast, learn from data, and adjust course without perfect information
- Self-directed: You own outcomes, not task lists. You report to the founder and drive your own accountability
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in luxury services, high-ticket B2B, or membership-based business models
- Background in healthcare, wellness, or concierge medicine marketing
- Prior startup or scaleup experience (founder, early employee, or scaling marketing leader)
- Experience with AI-powered personalization, predictive analytics, behavioral automation, or agent-based systems
- Familiarity with multi-location or regional scaling challenges
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
- By Month 2: CRM/tech stack selected and implemented; foundational campaigns live; initial pipeline metrics established. The plan is in place and the number of leads are increasing weekly.
- By Month 4: We are into the prime busy season in FL, we needs 25 new qualified leads per week. Ultimacy your job is to make the leads come into the pipeline and book a call with the sales team.
- By Month 6: Lead pipeline growing month-over-month; automation workflows optimized; initial ROI data showing CAC/conversion clarity; referral program launching
- By Month 12: Marketing qualified leads predictably converting to memberships; multi-location campaigns running in parallel; AI/automation delivering measurable efficiency gains; strategic roadmap for Year 2 built
Location & Work Style
- Headquarters: Sarasota, FL (primary office)
- Multi-location travel: Regular time in St. Petersburg (estimated 1–3 days/week, flexible)
- Hybrid/remote flexibility: In-person 80%, St Pete and Sarasota, and local market immersion as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Equity: First-year compensation (base + bonus at goal) is $150-200K+, with uncapped bonus upside tied directly to pipeline, membership acquisition, and revenue outcomes
- Equity opportunity: Meaningful equity stake in the business for exceptional growth contributions and strategic scaling
- Comprehensive health benefits: Full coverage including Precision Health membership
- Professional development budget: Access to cutting-edge AI/automation training, certifications, and tools
- Unlimited upside: Your compensation is directly tied to business growth—the better Precision Health scales, the more you earn

About Working With Us
This is not a 9-to-5 role. You'll be joining a founder-led, rapidly scaling business where autonomy, innovation, and accountability are non-negotiable. We move fast, iterate relentlessly, and measure obsessively.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has worked in high-growth, fast-paced markets (San Francisco, New York, Austin, Miami, etc.) and thrives in that environment
- Understands that best practices from 18 months ago are outdated—you stay at the bleeding edge of AI, automation, and marketing innovation
- Sees emerging tools and methodologies as competitive advantages, not distractions
- Is comfortable with ambiguity, rapid experimentation, and course-correction
- Brings a founder's mentality: you own outcomes, not task lists; you think like a business builder, not an implementer
- Pushes boundaries, challenges assumptions, and isn't satisfied with "how we've always done it"
- Leverages the latest AI agents, automation platforms, and cutting-edge marketing technology as table stakes
What this means practically:
- You'll work beyond traditional hours when strategy demands it, and you'll have flexibility when you don't
- You'll have equity upside and uncapped bonus potential—compensation is directly tied to business growth
- You'll be empowered to make significant decisions without approval layers
- You'll have access to emerging AI/automation tools and the budget to experiment with new platforms
- You'll work alongside a founder who's equally committed to innovation and scaling
If you're someone who's thrived in startup/scale-up environments, who sees AI as a foundational marketing tool (not a buzzword), and who gets energized by building systems that drive real business growth—this is the role for you.
If you're looking for a predictable 9-to-5 with established playbooks and minimal change, this isn't the fit.
