Front Desk
We are looking for a reliable, guest-focused Front Desk Agent. This position includes night audit shifts and requires weekend and holiday availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check guests in and out professionally
- Handle cash and end-of-night audit balancing
- Respond to guest requests promptly
- Maintain accurate records in our PMS
REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service experience preferred; hotel experience a plus
- Available weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
