We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Associate to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities
- Represent clients at EOIR hearings.
- Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, and related documents with government agencies such as USCIS, ICE, and EOIR.
- Conduct thorough legal research on immigration laws, policies, and procedural requirements using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Assist clients with interview preparation, document collection, and case status updates to ensure a seamless process.
- Manage case files efficiently using legal case management systems such as CampLegal, maintaining accurate records of all correspondence and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of immigration law procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Experience with legal support functions including document review, legal research, and case management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with team members.
- Familiarity with civil litigation support and procedural law knowledge relevant to immigration cases.
- Demonstrated experience in legal drafting, proofreading, and handling confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and AdobePro for document creation and data entry.
- Ability to conduct interviews professionally while demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
