Job Overview
A growing Central Ohio ready mix / concrete business is seeking a business-minded Sales & Quality Manager with strong industry knowledge, customer development and a solid foundation in concrete quality, testing, and quality assurance.
This role is ideal for a candidate who understands both the technical side of the concrete business and the relationship-driven nature of sales leadership. We are looking for someone who can grow business, lead and develop sales associates, and build strong customer relationships across the region.
This is not a desk-only position. The right candidate will be expected to be boots on the ground, actively engaged in daily sales operations, customer relationships, and field support.
Duties
- Drive business growth and expand market presence throughout Central Ohio
- Develop, coach, and support sales associates
- Build and maintain strong customer and industry relationships
- Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure quality expectations are understood and met
- Apply concrete industry knowledge, including quality, testing, and assurance practices, in support of sales and operations
- Stay actively involved in day-to-day field sales activity and customer needs
Requirements
- Strong ready mix / concrete industry experience required
- Solid business acumen with demonstrated sales leadership ability
- Working knowledge of concrete quality, testing, and assurance
- Familiarity with Central Ohio and its customer base is strongly preferred
- Reliable, personable, and highly detail-oriented
- Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work a schedule that is typically 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on customer needs

Pay: $57,464.02 - $130,000.00 per year
