Purpose of your position:
The primary purpose of your position is to perform non-professional direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the charge nurse, administrative nursing, or administrator. This is to be done to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be reached and maintained at all times.
Hours of Work:
The nursing department is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Nursing department shifts are typically: 6:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M., 2:00 P.M. – 11:00 P.M., and 10:00 P.M. – 8:00 A.M. You will by hired to work one of these shifts, with the understanding your work shift (schedule) may be adjusted to meet our residents’ and Milner Community Health Care’s needs.
